Job Description
We are looking for an HR Generalist with strong hands-on experience in Performance Management Systems (PMS), HR Operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit processes. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing employee experience across the lifecycle while ensuring smooth HR operations.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience with strong exposure to PMS, Onboarding, Exit Process and employee lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience in onboarding, engagement, and exit formalities
• Knowledge of HRMS tools (Zoho People, SAP HR, etc.)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
• Manage and drive the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle (goal setting, reviews, appraisals, feedback tracking)
• Handle end-to-end onboarding, including documentation, induction, and smooth employee integration
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, activities, and retention strategies
• Manage exit process including resignation handling, exit interviews, clearance, and final settlement coordination
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy
• Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
• Address employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
