About Role
An HR executive is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation within an organisation.
Responsibilities
- Handling employee relations, addressing grievances and discipline issues, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring privacy and compliance.
- Developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with labour law, HRIS systems, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Assisting in performance management processes, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in human resources (generalist, HR operation, HR compliance, or related HR roles) is commonly required.
