Why this role exists
As the institute grows, we need strong internal systems that support both people and operations with consistency and clarity.
This role exists to help build the organizational foundation of IHS by managing hiring coordination, HR operations, employee experience, and day-to-day people processes in a structured and reliable manner.
What you will do
• Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination for open roles
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams
• Support onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain HR records, attendance, leave tracking, and internal documentation
• Coordinate with leadership on hiring requirements and operational needs
• Help improve HR workflows and internal processes as the organization scales
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
• Assist in policy implementation and ensure operational consistency
• Handle day-to-day HR administration and employee coordination
Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR generalist roles
• Experience managing recruitment coordination and employee lifecycle processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
• Familiarity with HR documentation, onboarding, attendance, and operational processes
• Working knowledge of HRMS tools, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn hiring
• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments is preferred
