About The Role
We're looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to support our fastgrowing D2C brand. This role combines end-to-end hiring with core HR operations, ensuring we build the right team while creating strong people processes from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to offer rollout & onboarding)
- Hire across marketing, performance, operations, supply chain, warehouse & corporate functions
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience
HR Operations & Generalist Role
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain HR trackers, attendance, leave records & employee database
- Support payroll coordination and basic statutory compliance
- Assist in implementing HR policies and building structured processes
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment + HR generalist role
- Experience hiring in startup/D2C/e-commerce environment preferred
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Good communication, stakeholder management & multitasking skills
