About The Role

We're looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to support our fastgrowing D2C brand. This role combines end-to-end hiring with core HR operations, ensuring we build the right team while creating strong people processes from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to offer rollout & onboarding)
  • Hire across marketing, performance, operations, supply chain, warehouse & corporate functions
  • Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience

HR Operations & Generalist Role

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Maintain HR trackers, attendance, leave records & employee database
  • Support payroll coordination and basic statutory compliance
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and building structured processes
  • Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment + HR generalist role
  • Experience hiring in startup/D2C/e-commerce environment preferred
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
  • Good communication, stakeholder management & multitasking skills
