1 Recruitment Blue & White Collar (CORE RESPONSIBILITY)- Handle end-to-end recruitment for:
- Blue-collar manpower (drivers, operators, helpers, technicians, field staff)
- White-collar roles (supervisors, coordinators, executives)
- Source candidates through:
- Job portals
- Field recruitment & local hiring
- Referrals and vendors
- Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary interviews
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, joining, and deployment
- Maintain recruitment trackers and closure timelines
- Ensure timely manpower fulfilment for client requirements
2 HR Operations- Maintain attendance, shift data, and leave records
- Handle onboarding and exit documentation
- Address routine employee queries related to attendance, salary, PF/ESI
- Maintain HR records and statutory documentation
- Coordinate with site supervisors for workforce discipline and availability
3 Accounts & Payroll Support- Assist in payroll preparation and salary calculations
- Maintain expense records and petty cash entries
- Support billing data preparation and reconciliation
- Coordinate with CA/accountant for PF, ESI, GST, and TDS
- Track vendor bills and payment follow-ups
4 Manpower Operations & Coordination- Track manpower deployment across client sites
- Coordinate daily attendance and shift planning
- Support resolution of site-level operational issues
- Prepare weekly and monthly manpower / operations reports
- Act as coordination link between office, sites, and clients
Experience & Skills Required- Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
- Manpower recruitment
- HR operations
- Staffing / payroll environment
- Mandatory: Proven experience in blue-collar hiring
- Working knowledge of payroll and attendance management
- Basic exposure to accounts, billing, and compliance coordination
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and ownership mindset
- Proficient in Excel and basic HR / accounting tools
