HR Operations & Recruitment Executive

Role Summary

HR Operations & Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment along with day-to-day HR operations. This role ensures timely hiring, smooth onboarding, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and effective coordination between management and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Handle complete employee lifecycle management (joining to exit)
  • Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents
  • Prepare and issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, role changes, and exit letters
  • Ensure execution of NDA, service bonds, and HR policies
  • Manage employee records in HRMS / payroll systems
  • Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new joiners
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and shift coordination
  • Support payroll inputs, reimbursements, and salary-related documentation
  • Coordinate background verification checks
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and payroll
  • Maintain and track open positions and hiring plans in coordination with business heads
  • Source candidate profiles via job portals, internal referrals, recruitment consultants, and social platforms
  • Create and manage a panel of recruitment consultants
  • Ensure timely renewal and effective usage of job portal subscriptions
  • Conduct first-level screening interviews (HR round)
  • Coordinate and schedule technical and final interviews
  • Record interview feedback and maintain evaluation sheets
  • Negotiate compensation and finalize employment terms
  • Issue offer letters and follow up with candidates until joining
  • Maintain a CV database for future requirements and attrition management

Required Skills

Mandatory

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes
  • Working understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and HRMS/payroll systems
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
  • High level of confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience

  • 23 years of experience in HR Operations + Recruitment (IT/Technical hiring preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate / MBA in Human Resources or related field

This position is offered on a 1-year renewable employment contract, based on performance and business requirements.
