Title: Sales Manager / Sales Head – Real Estate (Brokering/Consulting)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 10+ Years

CTC: Up to ₹30–35 LPA + Incentives

Education: Graduate + MBA (Preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager / Sales Head for a leading real estate brokering/consulting firm. The role involves managing high-value property sales across residential, commercial, villas, townships, hotels, and luxury segments, while leading a high-performing sales team and engaging with HNI and Ultra HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of 20+ sales professionals, ensuring high productivity and performance

* Drive individual as well as team sales targets and revenue generation

* Handle and nurture relationships with HNI and Ultra HNI clients

* Actively contribute to business development and lead generation, including self-sourced leads

* Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies aligned with market trends

* Oversee end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → client engagement → closure

* Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing support to the sales team

* Ensure strong pipeline management and conversion ratios

* Take ownership of P&L responsibilities and overall business profitability

* Maintain strong knowledge of real estate market trends and competitor activities

Key Requirements

* Proven experience in real estate brokering/consulting (mandatory)

* Strong exposure to luxury and high-ticket property sales

* Experience in managing large sales teams (20+ members)

* Strong network and experience dealing with HNI / Ultra HNI clients

* Hands-on experience in hardcore sales and target-driven roles

* Good understanding of GTM strategies and market dynamics

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

* Ability to drive revenue and scale business operations
