Job Description

Position Overview

  • Responsible for sales of capital equipment and consumables in the Northern India market
  • Reports to the Regional Sales Lead
  • Requires extensive and frequent travel
  • Focus on both private and trade market segments
  • Experience with high-end capital equipment in MNC medical device companies preferred

Experience Required

  • 6–10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in MNC medical devices
  • Minimum 3 years handling key accounts, private healthcare segment, and team management

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Independently generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Execute sales activities aligned with company objectives
  • Present customer-focused value propositions
  • Monitor and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Define and execute regional marketing activities
  • Resolve market-related challenges to ensure consistent promotion and sales
  • Manage and lead a team of individual sales contributors

Language Proficiency

  • Fluent in English and Hindi

Educational Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree (preferred in Engineering, Pharma, or Science)
  • MBA is an added advantage
