Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive, located in Pune. The role involves handling guest relations, managing communication with clients and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting with receptionist duties. The Guest Relations Executive will also support sales activities and help maintain a positive atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Relations and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to handle Receptionist Duties effectively
• Sales skills to support and enhance customer experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
