About the Role

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) at The Spirited Spot (TSS) is the face and voice of our hospitality philosophy. As a premium mixology-driven bar with a flagship outlet in Nagpur and a new destination opening in Baner, Pune, TSS requires a GRE who can bring warmth, charm, and professionalism to every guest interaction. This role demands a poised communicator with exceptional etiquette, high grooming standards, and the ability to create seamless, memorable guest journeys. The GRE sets the first impression and often the lasting impact of the TSS experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Welcome & Hosting

Greet guests with warmth, confidence, and personalised attention.

Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists, and high-demand flow efficiently.

Ensure smooth seating and maintain minimal wait time.

Extend special handling for VIPs, influencers, and regular guests.

2. Guest Experience & Engagement

Understand guest preferences, occasions, and expectations to personalise service.

Interface with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction and comfort.

Proactively handle queries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism.

Maintain the signature TSS hospitality style warm, conversational, elegant.

3. Communication & Coordination

Coordinate seamlessly with service, bar, kitchen, and management teams.

Keep teams updated on reservations, VIP movements, and special arrangements.

Maintain clear knowledge of menu items, signature cocktails, events, and promotions.

Manage guest feedback logs, post-visit follow-ups, and experience notes.

4. Brand Representation & Front Desk Management

Maintain impeccable grooming standards aligned with TSS brand identity.

Ensure the host desk, entrance, and waiting area reflect TSS ambience standards.

Uphold etiquette, posture, and communication tone expected of a premium brand.

Ensure smooth daily functioning of the reception/front desk area.

5. Operational Support & Administration

Manage reservation platforms, guest lists, feedback reports, and call logs.

Assist with daily briefing inputs related to guest flow and special bookings.

Support management with documentation, guest insights, and report updates.

Maintain accuracy in all guest-related data and reservation records.

Skills & Qualifications

24 years of experience in guest relations/hostess/front office in premium hospitality.

Excellent spoken English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High grooming standards with a professional, confident presence.

Strong organisational skills; ability to manage rush hours smoothly.

Familiarity with POS/reservation software is an added advantage.
