Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Worli, Mumbai. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing guest experiences, handling communication and reception duties, providing top-notch customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. The candidate will be expected to create a welcoming environment and ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience with Sales and Receptionist Duties
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is advantageous
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

Pre-requisites for the role

Experience in F&B service industry of 1 to 2 years would be an added advantage.

H.S.C or equivalent level of education with a diploma or certified course in hospitality/hotel management.

Good verbal and written command in English language is a must.
