Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive - Guest Relations role located in Pune. The role involves greeting and assisting guests, addressing their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided. Responsibilities include maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, managing guest interactions, handling receptionist duties, and providing customer service support. The Executive will also contribute to sales and build positive relationships with clients to uphold the company's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to enhance client satisfaction and ensure a positive experience.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Experience in Sales and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in managing Receptionist Duties, including handling front desk operations and inquiries.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
• A professional demeanor and a positive attitude toward customer engagement.
• Prior experience in hospitality or a client-facing role is an advantage.
