Growth Marketing Specialist

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist for a UK-based healthcare and wellness start-up. This is a full-time remote position.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the team based in East Sussex, UK. 

Experience required: 4-7 years 

Time: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm IST (Monday-Friday)

CTC: INR 15 LPA- 20 LPA

Responsibilities:

Paid Media Management 

-Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads campaigns

• Search
• Performance Max
• YouTube
• Retargeting

-Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram

-Build lead generation funnels for consultation bookings

Conversion Optimisation

-Improve CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROAS

• Set up and optimise:
•  GA4
• Meta Pixel
• Google Tag Manager
• Conversion APIs

-Conduct landing page testing and funnel optimisation

Audience & Growth Strategy

-Build and test audience segments

-Create retargeting journeys

-Improve patient acquisition and appointment conversion rates

-Support clinic growth campaigns and local awareness initiatives

Reporting & Analytics

-Weekly performance reporting

-Analyse:

• CAC
• ROAS
• Lead quality
• Conversion rates

-Present actionable recommendations

SEO & AIEO (AI Engine Optimisation)

-Improve organic visibility on Google and AI search platforms

-Optimise content for:

• ChatGPT visibility
• Google AI Overviews
• Perplexity
• Gemini

-Conduct keyword and topical authority research

-Build SEO content strategies for healthcare/wellness audiences

-Monitor technical SEO performance

Collaboration

-Work with founders, designers, and content teams

-Coordinate creative requirements for ads

-Support seasonal healthcare campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• 4+ years in performance marketing
• Strong Google Ads experience
• Strong Meta Ads experience
• Experience with UK-based organisations / International organizations
• Experience in healthcare/wellness/aesthetics/medical industry
•  Strong interest in AI-driven marketing and emerging technologies
• Understanding of conversion tracking
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, especially for client-facing reporting and communication
