Job Description

Designation: Growth Marketing Specialist

Experience: 2-3 years

Location: Ahmedabad | Full-Time | On-Site

Priority: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven growth marketing specialist who can own the full B2B lead generation funnel—from data sourcing and outreach to paid campaigns and event participation—with a sharp focus on cost per lead and lead quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • LinkedIn & digital lead generation: Drive B2B lead generation through LinkedIn—including outreach, connection campaigns, Sales Navigator, and content-driven inbound. Build and manage targeted prospect lists aligned to ICP.
  • Email & WhatsApp campaigns: End-to-end ownership of outbound campaigns — data scraping, list building, cold email sequencing, follow-ups, and lead qualification. Run WhatsApp broadcast campaigns targeting decision-makers.
  • Paid advertising - Google & Meta: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Manage ad budgets, A/B test creatives and copy, and continuously improve ROAS and CPL.
  • Events & offline lead generation: Identify and participate in relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking forums. Convert event interactions into pipeline-ready leads with proper follow-up workflows.
  • Budget & performance ownership: Own an allocated marketing budget and be accountable for hitting monthly and quarterly lead targets. Continuously track and report on CPL, lead quality, channel-wise attribution, and funnel conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on B2B lead generation experience
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline through paid and organic digital channels
  • Data-first mindset — comfortable reading dashboards, tracking attribution, and making decisions based on numbers
  • Self-starter who can own a budget and a target without constant hand-holding
  • Excellent written communication for crafting cold emails and LinkedIn messages that get replies

  • LinkedIn outreach & Sales Navigator
  • Cold email tools (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar)
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
  • Data scraping (LinkedIn, web, directories)
  • WhatsApp Business / broadcast tools
  • Lead qualification frameworks (BANT, CHAMP)
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
