Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Digital & Growth Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable revenue growth. This role owns day-to-day performance across paid media, email, SEO, social, and analytics, with a focus on continuous experimentation, optimization, and pipeline generation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta to drive qualified traffic and conversions
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns, nurture flows, segmentation, and lifecycle automation
- Implement SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical improvements
- Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs across all channels with actionable insights
- Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, email, and content to improve conversion rates
Minimum Requirements:
- 3–6 years in digital or growth marketing roles
- Strong experience managing paid media campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Proficiency in email marketing and lifecycle automation tools
- Solid SEO knowledge (on-page, technical, content optimization)
- Strong analytics skills (GA4, platform dashboards, Excel/Sheets)
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
