Who We Serve: We work with mid-size to large scale enterprises across fintech, insurance, healthcare, e-commerce, SaaS, and logistics who need agility in their operations. Our clientele includes companies like PUMA, Bajaj Auto, TATA 1mg, Zelis Healthcare, Libra solutions etc.

We're looking for a hands-on performance marketer to own lead generation for our US market expansion. This is a contract role focused on execution, experimentation, and driving measurable results across paid and organic channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns targeting US B2B prospects.
  • Drive inbound leads through forums, communities, and content.
  • Set up campaigns, tracking, dashboards, and conversion optimization.
  • Run A/B tests, analyze data, and scale high-performing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure lead quality.

Requirements:

  • 24 yrs experience in performance marketing & lead generation.
  • Proven success with LinkedIn & Google Ads targeting US/North American markets.
  • Experience with CRM tools, analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Experimental, data-driven, independent, and resourceful.
