Job Description

Role: Growth Marketing Manager (0 to 1 Growth & Market Expansion)

Type: Full-time

Location: Bengaluru (In-office)

About the role:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can create demand before a brand becomes mainstream. We want someone who can unlock growth when budgets are limited, categories are crowded, and distribution needs to be built creatively from the ground up.

You will work directly with leadership to identify growth levers, create new acquisition channels, build strategic partnerships, and drive adoption through experimentation, storytelling, community, and product-market fit.

The ideal candidate has previously helped scale an early-stage startup, new business vertical, or category from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Build 0 to 1 Growth Engines

  • Identify scalable non-paid acquisition channels across communities, partnerships, creators, campus programs, WhatsApp/Telegram ecosystems, referrals, SEO, product loops, and offline activations
  • Develop GTM playbooks for launching new products, services, geographies, or customer segments
  • Create repeatable growth systems instead of one-time campaigns

Own User Acquisition Beyond Paid Ads

  • Build partnerships with influencers, industry bodies, colleges, communities, affiliates, and ecosystem players
  • Create referral and ambassador programs that drive organic adoption
  • Identify distribution opportunities others miss

Drive Product-Led & Community-Led Growth

  • Work with product/content teams to improve onboarding, activation, retention, and engagement
  • Build user communities and feedback loops that improve stickiness and advocacy
  • Translate customer insights into growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • 4-7 years of experience in Growth, Founder's Office, Product Marketing, GTM, Community Growth, or Strategy roles.
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling a product/business from early traction stages.
  • Strong understanding of user psychology, distribution, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to independently identify opportunities and execute with minimal direction.
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and solving unstructured problems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
