Growth Marketing Manager – B2B Manufacturing
Experience Required: 4+ Years
About Us
We are a deep-tech manufacturing company providing advanced Machining-as-a-Service (MaaS) solutions to customers across aerospace, robotics, medical devices, industrial automation, energy, and other high-performance industries.
We help engineering and product teams turn complex manufacturing requirements into precise components.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can shape how the company is discovered, understood, and trusted.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We need someone who can combine strategy and execution: generate qualified leads, build digital authority, improve positioning, uncover market opportunities, and help leadership make better growth decisions.
The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, AI-native, and comfortable operating close to founders in a fast-moving technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Market Intelligence
- Research target industries, customer segments, competitors, and market trends.
- Identify high-potential verticals, underserved customer groups, and overlooked growth opportunities.
- Help leadership sharpen positioning, messaging, and market focus.
- Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, customer pain points, and procurement trends.
Brand Presence & Communications
- Own and improve the company's digital presence across LinkedIn, the corporate website, industry channels, and emerging platforms.
- Monitor company milestones, operational achievements, certifications, partnerships, customer successes, and industry developments.
- Act quickly when relevant events, discussions, trends, or opportunities arise to translate them into timely marketing initiatives that strengthen visibility, credibility, or engagement.
- Identify stories within our manufacturing operations, engineering work, and customer outcomes, turning them into high-impact content across blogs, case studies, LinkedIn posts, videos, and sales collateral.
- Review and elevate all public-facing content to ensure it consistently reinforces the company's technical credibility, accuracy, and professional tone.
- Coordinate with internal teams to capture photos, videos, factory visuals, process documentation, and customer proof points.
Demand Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, SEO, and targeted outreach.
- Build campaigns, improve lead quality, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and funnel performance.
- Experiment with new channels and growth opportunities where relevant.
Website, SEO & Digital Infrastructure
- Manage and improve the corporate website.
- Build and optimize landing pages for industries, capabilities, materials, services, and customer use cases.
- Implement on-page SEO, technical SEO, Google Analytics tracking, and conversion improvements.
- Improve website performance, user experience, security, caching, uptime, and basic digital infrastructure.
AI, Automation & Systems
- Use AI extensively for research, content development, campaign optimization, reporting, lead qualification, competitive intelligence, and workflow automation.
- Build automated monitoring workflows, alerts, and listening systems to ensure important industry signals, competitor moves, and brand mentions are surfaced and acted upon quickly.
- Build AI-assisted systems that improve marketing speed, quality, and scalability.
- Explore autonomous agents, automation tools, and emerging AI workflows to create operational leverage.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, lead tracking, segmentation, and sales enablement workflows.
- Identify repetitive processes that can be automated or improved through AI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong ability to create, review, and improve content for technical or professional audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and lead generation campaigns.
- Experience managing corporate websites and CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B customer acquisition, landing pages, and marketing analytics.
- Ability to understand technical topics and convert them into clear, credible communication.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working with autonomy and direct leadership exposure.

- Familiarity with website hosting, caching, performance optimization, and web infrastructure.
- Understanding of industrial procurement processes and B2B sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI beyond basic content generation.
AI-Native Mindset (Required)
- We believe AI will fundamentally reshape how modern companies operate.
- You should already be using AI extensively—not just for writing content, but for research, analysis, automation, lead generation, workflow design, campaign improvement, competitive intelligence, and decision support.
- We are looking for someone who builds systems, experiments with new tools, and actively looks for ways to multiply their impact through AI.
- Candidates who view AI as an occasional productivity tool are unlikely to thrive in this role. We are looking for people who actively integrate AI into how they think, learn, create, analyze, and execute.
