Location: Remote India | Full-Time

Were fast-growing and building out a lean, high-performance marketing team.
Role Summary
Were hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead experimentation and campaign execution across email, paid, SEO, and outbound. Youll be focused on generating signups, MQLs, and revenuenot managing backend systems (thats already handled by our Marketing Ops Specialist). This is a hands-on, outcomes-driven role. Youll own campaign strategy, build tests, analyze performance, and optimize quickly across channels. Youll also coordinate closely with content, product, and sales to drive full-funnel performance.
What Youll Do
Campaign Execution & Optimization
SEO & Organic Growth
Account-Based Marketing & Outbound
Partner with SDRs to run highly targeted ABM campaigns using tools like Clay, 6sense
and Apollo
Generate target account lists using BuiltWith, Seamless.ai, Clearbit, and Hunter.io
Personalize outbound campaigns based on firmographic, intent, and engagement data
Growth Experiments & Reporting
What Youll Need
Experience & Education
35 years experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance
marketing at a B2B SaaS or startup
Proven track record of running campaigns that drive pipeline or installs
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical discipline
Tool Mastery.
HubSpot (email campaigns, basic automation, list building)
Paid ad platforms: Shopify App store, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads
SEO platforms: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
Prospecting: Apollo, Hunter.io, Seamless.ai
Reporting: Looker Studio, GA4, HubSpot dashboards
Landing pages: Familiarity with Webflow, HubSpot, or similar
