What we're looking for
We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead Talentica's demand generation strategy through paid advertising and SEO. You will lead a team in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing brand visibility, and generating high-quality leads to fuel our growth. Your expertise in performance marketing, organic growth, and team leadership will be essential for scaling our marketing efforts
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute high-impact demand generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels to drive leads and conversions.
- Optimize SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and improve Talentica's search visibility for key industry-related keywords.
- Own and manage the marketing funnelensuring consistent lead flow through paid and organic efforts.
- Leverage content marketing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance engagement and drive MQLs & SQL
- Promote Talentica Software across various digital channels, including social media, industry forums, and content syndication platform
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine ad campaigns, reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC), and improve ROI
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts translate into pipeline growth
- Manage external agencies and vendors to drive efficiency in campaign execution
- To be successful in this role, you should have
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing + Bachelor's in Engineering (mandatory)
- Experience: 8-10 years in marketing, specifically within IT services or software product companies, with at least 4 years of experience leading a marketing team
.Essential skills
- Proven expertise in B2B demand generation, PPC advertising, and SEO strategie
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot)
- Experience with content marketing, thought leadership, and brand positioning. Analytical mindset with expertise in A/B testing, data interpretation, and performance tracking.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and leadership teams.
