We are looking for a Growth Lead to build and operate our entire revenue engine including marketing, web experience and support.
Roles and responsibilities
- Own end to end user funnel from acquisition, web experience, support and retention
- Lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies, including paid search, display, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
- Own the performance marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to optimize ROI across campaigns.
- Design and implement email (Klaviyo)/ WhatsApp flows to drive retention & LTV.
- Launch and manage multiple channels of distribution - Ecommerce, Quick Commerce and affiliate programs
- Run fast experimentation across channels for optimising conversion rate, CAC and AOV.
- Analyzing web performance and collaborating with the engineering team to improve web/app conversion
- Collaborating with the brand team for weekly and monthly creative plan to test different audience without diluting the brand
- Build and groom a team of performance marketers, influencer manager, CX executive
Requirements
- 4-6 years of total experience, with 2+ years of experience working in a growth role at a D2C Brand, scaling up the marketing engine from 0-1, and managing a budget of over INR 2Cr/month.
- Bachelors/MBA from a tier 1 institution (IIT/IIM/BITS/SRCC and similar)
- Very high agency and bias for action
- Strong communicator
