Designation Growth Lead

Fibmesh is looking for a passionate and experienced Growth Lead to spearhead the growth efforts for Fibmesh. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, shaping our brand identity, and crafting a go-to-market strategy that propels Fibmesh into the spotlight.

This role requires a dynamic marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, and can build a strong narrative around our innovative product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:Go-to-Market Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy
  • Identify key target audiences and design tailored data-driven campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and retention.
  • Research competitors and market trends to position Fibmesh as a standout solution.
Marketing Campaigns:
  • Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
  • Set KPIs for campaigns and track their performance to optimize for ROI.
Branding, Messaging & Positioning:
  • Establish a strong, consistent brand identity for Fibmesh.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that clearly communicates the value proposition of Fibmesh to various audiences (e.g., individuals, businesses, enterprises).
  • Ensure branding and messaging consistency across all touchpoints
Social Media Management:
  • Build and manage Fibmesh's presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Develop a content calendar to engage the audience with relevant and impactful posts.
  • Monitor social media metrics to identify growth opportunities and trends.
Content Marketing:
  • Lead the creation of blogs, case studies, videos, and guides to showcase Fibmesh's use cases and benefits.
  • Work with designers and writers to ensure content is visually appealing and resonates with the target audience.
  • Optimize content for SEO & AEO and improve discoverability through search engines.
Public Relations (PR):
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists
  • Pitch stories, write press releases, and handle inquiries to build a strong public narrative & position Fibmesh as a thought leader in cybersecurity, networking, and innovative technology.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor key marketing metrics (traffic, conversions, CAC) to generate actionable insights.
  • Create regular reports demonstrating marketing impact on business growth,and run A/B tests to optimize campaign performance continuously.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience in marketing, growth, or similar roles, ideally in the SaaS, cybersecurity, networking, or tech space.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and branding.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling marketing narratives and campaigns.
  • Experience in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track and measure campaign success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AEO, SEO, SEM, PPC, and other online marketing techniques.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task & work as an Individual Contributor Role
