Fundraising Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow The Giving Table community by onboarding new members via digital and offline campaigns.
• Handle donor calls for onboarding and maintain ongoing relationship building.
• Maintain and update weekly MIS reports related to donor activities.
• Coordinate with the finance team to share necessary information for timely generation of donor receipts.
• Ensure final receipts are sent to donors promptly and maintain a comprehensive database of all receipts.
• Liaise with online payment gateways to resolve incomplete donations and monthly donation queries.
• Collaborate with donation aggregators such as Give India to maximize visibility and funding through their platforms.
• Support the social media team in obtaining donor permissions to use logos and names on various platforms.
• Assist with fundraising events by managing invitations, RSVP tracking, hospital visits for donors and prospects, and coordinating escalations or additional data requirements with relevant teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, donor management, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
