Fundraising Associate - CSR

Key Responsibilities

CSR Partnerships

• Identify and engage mid-sized corporates for CSR partnerships and build a strong outreach pipeline.
• Maintain and regularly update MIS of all corporate donor interactions and prospects.
• Coordinate with the Deputy Head Fundraising for the creation and submission of proposals.
• Oversee preparation and timely sharing of CSR fund utilisation reports with accuracy and consistency.
• Manage ongoing donor relationships, ensuring a seamless experience and proactive communication.
• Collaborate with programs and finance teams to collect and consolidate data for impact reporting.
• Prepare detailed impact reports and upload them on donor portals to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities for CSR partners, including festive campaigns like Wish Tree during Daan Utsav.
• Liaise with the finance team to issue CSR donation receipts and ensure donor records are complete and up to date.
• Ensure all donor-related compliance requirements and operational formalities (receipts, acknowledgments, reporting) are met in a timely manner.
• Work with the marketing team for CSR-related social media visibility and donor appreciation.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree in any specialization.
• 45 years of experience in fundraising or sales, with a successful track record of relationship servicing and securing large donations.
• Demonstrated passion for Cuddles Foundation's mission.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal development and presentations.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
• High level of interpersonal skills and professionalism to represent the organisation externally.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
