Senior Associate Fundraising

Key Responsibilities:

Donor Acquisition & Pipeline Growth (40%)

• Identify, research, and cultivate new partnership opportunities (CSR, foundations, HNIs).
• Develop compelling proposals tailored to donor priorities.
• Support the creation of outreach campaigns for new leads.

Donor Management & Renewals (30%)

• Manage a portfolio of donors and ensure high-quality stewardship.
• Lead donor visits, school immersions, and on-ground interactions.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting of quantitative data, stories of impact, and narrative updates.
• Maintain complete donor data and projections in donor systems.

Compliance & Documentation (15%)

• Coordinate with finance, program, and cross-teams to ensure:
• MOU adherence.
• CSR compliance.
• Reporting accuracy.
• Audit and documentation needs.
• Ensure all donor commitments and regulatory requirements are met.

Volunteering & Engagement Support (15%)

• Plan and execute corporate volunteering initiatives in collaboration with schools.
• Design high-quality, meaningful volunteering experiences that build donor commitment.
• Track participation, collect feedback, and improve volunteer engagement quality.
