Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor coordination
- Receive, sort, and distribute couriers and deliveries
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, housekeeping, and pantry
- Ensure smooth operation of office facilities and infrastructure
- Assist in travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and event coordination
Coordination Reporting
- Liaise with internal teams for administrative requirements
- Maintain attendance records and support basic HR/admin documentation
- Prepare basic reports and assist with audits or compliance documentation as required
Required Skills Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in front desk and administrative roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset
