Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarart (Work from Office)

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Conduct outbound calls to customers for various purposes

·        Build and maintain positive customer relationships through active communication and problem

solving.

·        Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally

·        Effectively resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, ensuring a satisfactory resolution

·        Listen actively to customer concerns, gather relevant information, and provide accurate and timely assistance

·        Professionally and courteously handle incoming customer calls and emails inquiries

·        Stay updated on product/service enhancements and changes

·        Accurately document all customer interactions and relevant information in the company's CRM system

·        Adhere to established quality and performance standards to ensure consistent service excellence

·        Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

·        Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address complex customer issues or escalate as needed

·        Strictly follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines

·        Maintain confidentiality of customer information and sensitive company data

 

Preferred Skills:

·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

·        Basic MS office Knowledge (Focus on MS Excel & Word)

·        Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle a high volume of calls

·        Excellent Communication Skills

Competencies:

·        Ability to quickly learn new process

·        Extensive Reading Skills

·        Adaptability to new Environment

Required Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's degree.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·        Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.

·        Proficiency with MS Office.

Experience:

·        1 Year experience in any international calling profile
