Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned Chartered Accountant for our Gift city Branch, Gandhinagar who has 5 -8 years post-qualification experience in mid-size to large size CA firm with specialization in clients from the BFSI sector.

Prior experience with BFSI, IFSCA, SEBI, or RBI regulations is highly preferred.

You will be responsible for end-to-end execution, ensuring high-quality compliance.

Key Regulatory Responsibilities

● ShouldLead and manage statutory audits from planning to finalization. Ensure financial statements comply with Ind AS, Accounting Standards, and Companies Act requirements.

● Should have Sector-specific oversight vis-à-vis processes, compliances, understanding of revenue recognition, NPA provisioning etc.

● Should be a Team Leader, supervise, mentor and review the work of article assistants and junior qualified CAs to ensure technical accuracy.

● Should be able toact as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving complex accounting issues and discussing audit observations with the partners and the management.

● Should maintain documentation as per Standards on Auditing (SAs), IFSCA regulations and internal firm quality benchmarks.

● Should manage periodic compliance filings, including Monthly and Annual Performance Reports (MPR/APR), Oversight, implement and monitor Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT) programs as per the IFSCA (AML, CFT and KYC) Guidelines, 2022 and ensure adherence to the compliance requirements under SEZ Act, 2005 and Rules, 2006.

Key Technical Skills

● Audit & Compliance: Expertise in statutory audits focussed on BFSI sector clients, GST , SEZ, IFSCA compliance and regulatory reporting.

● Financial Reporting: Proficiency in Ind AS for Indian statutory purposes and IFRS/US GAAP for international reporting within the IFSC.

● Software Proficiency: Mastery of Advanced Excel and accounting software like ERP, Tally, SAP, QuickBooks etc.
