The Role
We're bringing on a scriptwriter on a freelance/contract basis to develop voiceovers, scripts, and creative treatments across our content and campaign work.
This is not a copywriting role. You're not writing taglines. You're building narrative architecture that a director can actually shoot.
What You'll Work On
VO scripts for short and long-form content — built from interview transcripts, raw material shaped into something cinematic
Scripts for commercial films, brand documentaries, and campaign spots
Creative treatments for shoots and campaigns
What We're Looking For
Experience writing for the screen, not just the page. You've worked on commercials, brand films, or documentary content — and you have the work to show it.
Specifically:
5+ years writing scripts for branded content, commercial films, or documentary
A portfolio that includes at least one brand film or documentary short — real work, not spec
Demonstrated ability to write VO that sounds like a human thinking, not a brand talking
Comfort working from raw interview transcripts — pulling the story out of what someone actually said
Understanding of visual storytelling — you think in shots, not sentences
Restraint. If you over-write, this isn't the right fit.
Strong signal: you've written for luxury, lifestyle, or culture brands. You understand the difference between earned language and manufactured aspiration.

Writing copy that could belong to any brand
Delivering scripts heavy on product description
Producing motivational-poster VO
Writing dialogue that explains what we're supposed to feel
How We Work
Project-based. The director will brief you on each concept, give you reference material, and collaborate closely on drafts. Expect fast feedback cycles and high creative standards.
Compensation is per-project, commensurate with experience.
