Role Description
We are looking for a visionary Art Head to lead the creative direction across multiple brands. You will be responsible for setting the visual tone, ensuring high-quality design output, and mentoring the creative team to deliver impactful and innovative campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the visual identity and creative direction for client brands.
- Oversee design output across social media, digital campaigns, and branding.
- Design high-quality social media creatives, create reels, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate closely with content strategists and account managers for cohesive storytelling.
- Review and approve all creatives to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Mentor and guide junior designers and creative team members.
- Stay updated with design trends, formats, and platform innovations.
- Present creative ideas and concepts confidently to clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design/creative roles (agency experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and campaign work.
- Expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout.
- Experience leading and managing creative teams.
