Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution within the Oil & Gas domain
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations
- Drive governance, reporting, and communication with senior stakeholders
- Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across business and technical teams
Skills Required
Experience and Qualification
- 10–15 years of overall professional experience
- Strong mix of experience in Oil & Gas industry and consulting (candidates with either industry-to-consulting or consulting-to-industry transitions are preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale or complex projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
