- Define complex products, consider dependencies, and demonstrate specialized expertise in the field.
- Align closely with marketing and business teams to develop and execute effective GTM plans, incorporating insights from market trends and customer behavior research.
- Define requirements and participate in agile/tracking processes to track delivery and summarize to leadership
Product Development:
- Develop sound technical depth, determine proxy metrics in data-light scenarios, guide data-based decision-making, and influence product strategy through data-driven insights.
- Conduct large-scale research for existing/new product launches, triage qualitative insights against data, and advocate customer-centric thinking, balancing customer needs with business priorities.
- Work with Engineering and UX design teams at Innovaccer, along with counterparts at partner organizations to bring joint products to market that serve customer needs
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Innovate on behalf of customers, handle unmet needs strategically, maintain strong relationships with customer executives, and demonstrate expertise in US Healthcare basics.
- Manage execution deadlines for large complex projects, ensuring consistent output and quick wins.
- Communicate product vision, use cases, and success attributes clearly to various stakeholders.
- Influence Product Leadership, Customer Success, Marketing, and Technology stakeholders.
- Drive consensus among customers and internal cross-functional teams.
- Earn trust for professional interactions within the team and across functions.
- Work with our Business Development org to identify good partner organizations that would bring value to Innovaccer s platform
- Work with go-to-market counterparts at Innovaccer to position our products and help them sell our capabilities
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Actively mentor Junior PMs on problem-solving, business context, prioritization, and unblock them from time to time.
- Actively participate in cross-team recruitment.
- Encourage innovation and explore new possibilities.
- Demonstrate transparency in decision-making processes
What You Need
- Top tier MBA (India or International); Bachelors degree in a technical field is a plus
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer/ B2B2C products
- Bonus: strong understanding of US Healthcare landscape and trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience building world class products. Experience building platforms including working across multiple companies to bring a product to market successfully is a strong plus
- Medical informatics and clinical workflow experience. Experience with prior authorization workflows is a plus, as is formal clinical training
- Strong communication skills. Ability to present well and think on your feet, both internally and with users / customers / partners
- Technical depth. Ability to work with UX designers and with engineers to identify product solutions
- High level of organization and project management, along with a good sense of prioritization, to keep your teams on track
