About the Role
We are looking for a Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the founder on high-impact projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants an inside look at how an agency is built and scaledfrom strategy and operations to marketing and client management.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the founder in day-to-day strategic and operational tasks.
- Conduct research across industries (marketing, AI, consumer brands, healthcare, etc.) and prepare insights/reports.
- Support in business development: drafting proposals, outreach decks, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, performance) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Work on internal branding and content for Sociodip Network.
- Handle client communication, scheduling, and project documentation where required.
- Contribute ideas for growth experiments, marketing campaigns, and process improvements.
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to research, analyze, and present information clearly.
- Interest in marketing, brand strategy, and startups.
- Problem-solving mindset with high ownership and curiosity.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, and basic Excel/Sheets.
- Bonus: Exposure to performance marketing, content creation, or design tools.
