This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for a Founder's Office Intern. The intern will work closely with the leadership team, assist in strategic planning, manage projects, and support day-to-day coordination across departments. Responsibilities also include contributing to ideation for events, partnerships, and campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing data to derive actionable insights. The role offers hands-on experience in fostering collaboration between artists, brands, and youth communities to deliver exceptional events and experiences.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
• Critical thinking, market research, and analytical skills to contribute to business strategies
• Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset for generating ideas and fulfilling diverse tasks
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools
• Passion for music, events, youth culture, and a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed, with no restriction on field of study
• Previous experience in event management, marketing, or a related field is a plus
