About The Role

This is a high-trust Founder's Office role with a strong psychology + talent lens.

You'll support talent research, create hiring frameworks, manage documentation, and work directly with the founder across PluralHire, FlipFunnel, and Agentific.

  • Convert voice notes, meeting discussions, and raw thinking into structured briefs and insights.
  • Assist in case studies (e.g., Diageo transformation) and narrative documents for PluralHire.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for hiring needs and org design inputs.

Requirement Skills & Experience

  • Educational background in Psychology, HR, Org Behavior, or related fields (preferred).
  • Prior internship or project experience in research, people ops, or talent (helpful but not mandatory).

  • Excellent documentation, writing, and synthesis ability.
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity for GTM, SaaS, and modern org design.
  • Comfortable navigating Notion, Sheets, and lightweight research tools.
  • High discretion, maturity, and ability to handle sensitive information.

Who You Are

  • A thoughtful, structured thinker who loves understanding why people succeed.
  • Someone who learns fast and thrives in founder-led, high-context environments.
