Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will engage with prospective students and parents to promote PW's educational offerings, provide customized solutions, and build strong relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying leads, conducting outreach, presenting programs, analyzing customer needs, and achieving target sales goals. The Field Sales Executive will play a crucial role in growing PW's presence and ensuring an exceptional experience for our community.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in building strong relationships and closing sales
• Ability to understand and analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions
• Experience in sales or customer engagement, preferably in the education sector, is a plus
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and travel as required
• Proficient in using CRM software and basic MS Office tools
