Role Description

This is a full-time off-site role located in Gujarat, for a Field Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and visiting potential customers, maintaining relationships with retail and wholesale clients, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and providing feedback to improve customer satisfaction. The executive will also conduct market research to identify trends and report on competitors to align sales strategies effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in market research and competitor analysis
• Knowledge of Indian spices,
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in using MS Office and sales tracking tools
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients
