Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Newly hired on-field agent will be responsible for dedicatedly drive acquisitions based off a lead list.
  • Onboarding outlets as per the lead list shared
  • Ensuring seamless transition of outlets from onboarding to account management.
  • Bringing escalations to the notice of city and central teams wherever applicable.
  • Onboarding EANO and NRO accounts passed on by the City, Central and VAM team.
  • Handling onboarding escalations for their respective cities coming from Central/Website.
  • Ensuring proper starter pack ( marketing )is subscribed to the restaurant with proper hygiene

Preferred candidate profile
