Role Description

The Field Sales Executive will engage with prospective clients to drive business growth through sales. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, giving product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, closing sales deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, the executive will conduct market research to identify trends and contribute to the company's sales strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in market research and business development strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Basic technical knowledge of elevators and related products (preferred)
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in the manufacturing or construction industries, is a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
