What You'll Do:
- Identify and develop new B2B clients across the US and UK — brands, retailers, wholesalers, importers, and corporate gifting companies
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and industry platforms
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing
- Build lasting client relationships that grow into repeat, high-value accounts
- Understand client needs and propose product solutions that genuinely fit their brief
- Coordinate with internal teams on sampling, pricing, and production timelines
- Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent Rhombus in virtual/in-person meetings and trade shows where relevant
Key Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in promotional industry
- An existing network with brands, wholesalers, retailers, or distributors you can activate
- A proven record of closing deals and meeting targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; you know when to push and when to listen
- Commercial confidence with pricing, margins, and multi-stakeholder decisions
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with international trade, lead times, and sourcing logistics
- Experience in the promotional products industry (ASI / PPAI ecosystem)
- A genuine interest in sustainability and responsible sourcing
