Job Description

  • Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit
  • Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency
  • Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage
  • Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors
  • Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy
  • Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors
  • Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required
