  • Has in-depth understanding of business, financials, services, various markets and the needs of assigned clients. Acts as an advisor within randstad business development teams and develops comprehensive marketing and sales materials. Analyzes internal or external databases in order to monitor clients and prospects, and detect new leads requiring integrated, total talent and workforce solutions. Utilizes new leads to generate actionable business insights that inform decisions and strategies. Develops detailed and complex proposals, coordinating with internal, cross-functional and/or cross-specialization (account) teams for pricing and lead times

  • Maintains and enhances the accuracy of client and prospect interactions recorded in the CRM system, regularly reviewing and updating data for completeness. Supports in training newer colleagues on CRM data entry standards and procedures, specific to Business Development, to ensure high-quality data management that enables seamless client interactions and effective lead tracking

  • Prepares and organizes sales visits, customized presentations and quotes or co-creates solution design workshops for client and prospect meetings and pitches to highlight the value and capabilities of Randstad expertise in integrated, total talent and workforce solutions. Delivers presentations and service demonstrations independently, effectively articulating the benefits of tailored and integrated solutions to smaller, national clients with permanent and contingent employees

  • Conducts or initiates deeper market research and analysis, together with Marketing, to identify opportunities and shifts in client needs, supporting effective sales strategies that position Randstad as a total talent partner across multiple industries

  • Represents Randstad at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads

  • Identifies opportunities for cross-selling Randstad's diverse total talent and workforce services across multiple industries of focus, leading to large implementation of client agreements and driving increased revenues by providing comprehensive solutions that cater to clients evolving workforce requirements

  • Collaborates with diverse client account management teams across specializations to open opportunities for selling new services, that lead to large implementation of client agreements. Maintains appropriate contact, both vertically and horizontally, for smaller accounts, building strong (long-term) relationships, whilst facilitating the suitable level of field contact

  • Inputs to annual sales forecasts based on pipeline activity and client discussions, reporting progress and projected revenues to senior management
