Job Description

At Accel HR Consultants, we specialize in delivering talent solutions across industries and helping organizations build high-performing teams. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client hiring needs and propose appropriate recruitment solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to account management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the staffing/recruitment industry.
  • Strong network of HR and business contacts is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
  • Experience using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for lead generation.
  • Target-oriented with a strong consultative sales approach.
