Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring needs and propose appropriate recruitment solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to account management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Strong network of HR and business contacts is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for lead generation.
- Target-oriented with a strong consultative sales approach.
