Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and management of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support in designing, developing, and updating training content in collaboration with internal stakeholders (SMEs).
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps across corporate and club-level employees.
- Deliver engaging training sessions including classroom training, on-the-job training, and virtual sessions.
- Coordinate and execute onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Support in developing SOPs for various HR and operational processes.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training records, reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with external trainers/vendors when required.
- Contribute to employee engagement and capability-building initiatives.
- Support leadership and team development programs.
- Ensure continuous improvement in training processes and content.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Basic understanding of LMS and training tools.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret training data.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
