Job Description

Job Title: Executive – Learning & Development 

Experience: 3–5 Years 

Position: Full Time 

Compensation: 4 - 6 LPA 

Location: Model Town, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the implementation and management of the Learning Management System (LMS). 
  • Support in designing, developing, and updating training content in collaboration with internal stakeholders (SMEs). 
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps across corporate and club-level employees. 
  • Deliver engaging training sessions including classroom training, on-the-job training, and virtual sessions. 
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding and induction programs for new hires. 
  • Support in developing SOPs for various HR and operational processes. 
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. 
  • Maintain training records, reports, and dashboards for management review. 
  • Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and learning initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with external trainers/vendors when required. 
  • Contribute to employee engagement and capability-building initiatives. 
  • Support leadership and team development programs. 
  • Ensure continuous improvement in training processes and content. 

Skills & Competencies: 

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written). 
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. 
  • Basic understanding of LMS and training tools. 
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret training data. 
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
