Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Drive post-sales success and adoption of EcoStruxure IT software solutions for VIP enterprise customers across India.
  2. Conduct regular strategic engagements with customers, ensuring alignment with business goals and smooth renewal of support contracts.
  3. Identify expansion opportunities including upgrades, training, and cloud migration (DCE to ITE, DCO to ITA Hosted).
  4. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Services, Licensing) to support implementations and resolve customer challenges.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Understand and align EcoStruxure IT solutions with customer expectations, ensuring proactive success management and gap resolution.
  2. Manage customer meetings and engagement models to track performance, promote upgrades, and foster product familiarity.
  3. Support renewal teams by ensuring customers understand software versions and licensing timelines.
  4. Collaborate across regions when required and represent the voice of the customer for continuous improvement.
