Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Marketing Executive role located in Chennai. The Executive will handle various daily tasks including managing customer communications, coordinating with internel teams, assisting in costing and quote preparation and execution, and ensuring workflow efficiency. The role also involves supporting leadership by preparing reports, analyzing data, and handling administrative duties as required.

1. Engg graduate from Automotive Industry

2. 5-10 year experience. Exceptional candidates can be considered with < 5 years experience

3. Presentation / Excel - Proficient. MIS activities - Sales Planning / schedule monitoring / Tooling collection / RFQ record updation / Internal follow-up

4. Flair for Product costing, Market Research and competitor analysis

5. Should be able to support Long term Marketing

6. Matured to handlecustomers on RFQ follow-up as back end & customer escalations

7. Preferable from Stamping industry

Qualifications

• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
• Project Coordination and Organizational skills
• Analytical, Critical Thinking, and Problem-Solving abilities
• Proficiency in Documentation, Reporting, and Administrative tasks
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office and other relevant software
• Experience in the manufacturing and experience in costing preferred
