Position - Marketing Manager - BTL for a Healthcare Organisation
Location - Chennai
Responsibilities
- Execute BTL and field marketing activities to increase brand visibility, awareness, and clinic walk-ins.
- Plan and manage on-ground activations such as outreach camps, promotional drives, school/college tie-ups, corporate events, and community engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain partnerships with corporates, RWAs, communities, institutions, and local groups for brand engagement and lead generation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, branding, digital, and regional teams) to ensure seamless planning, execution, and reporting of marketing initiatives.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and local insights to support data-driven marketing and business decisions.
- Prepare regular performance reports, ROI analysis, and insights to share with management for review and strategy refinement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar area
- 2. 5+ years of working experience in BTL marketing or similar role
- Excellent relationship management, communication and analytical skills
- Expertise on MS Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Open to Travel in major Cities for BTL execution
- Ability to handle pressure situations with attitude to make the impossible possible
- Looking for someone who can align business priorities with multiple stakeholders and get things done
- Local language is preferable.
