Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with experience in US Staffing and Operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing MIS reports, supporting recruitment operations, and ensuring data accuracy related to US staffing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for US Staffing operations.

Track and analyze recruiter performance, submissions, interviews, and closures.

Maintain accurate data related to C2C, W2, and 1099 candidates.

Support operations by monitoring tax terms, compliance data, and documentation.

Coordinate with recruiters, team leads, and operations to ensure data consistency.

Update ATS, Excel trackers, and internal dashboards on a regular basis.

Identify data gaps, discrepancies, and provide timely reports to management.

Ensure adherence to US staffing processes, tax terms, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

15 years of experience as an MIS Executive in US Staffing / US Operations.

Strong knowledge of US tax terms and regulations (C2C, W2, 1099).

Experience working with ATS and internal MIS tools.

Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple reports with high accuracy and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to US staffing compliance and documentation processes.

Experience working closely with US recruiters and operations teams.
