Job Description

Business Development - Lead Generation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through digital platforms, company website, and international exhibitions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: handling enquiries, sharing quotations, sending samples, and ensuring consistent follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients across ROW & European markets to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate with regulatory (RA) team for product registrations, renewals, and compliance as per country-specific requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Production, QA/QC, R&D, Artwork, Logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and execution.
  • Handle client onboarding requirements including agreements, artworks, and documentation.
  • Process orders via SAP/Excel (Proforma Invoice) and monitor timely payments from clients.
  • Support new product development initiatives and promote product portfolio expansion with existing clients.
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, manage leads, and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Assist in exhibition planning including booth design, promotional materials, and branding activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
